It is 100% Rolex down to the original hands and crown - all parts are original Rolex. It presents in gorgeous condition - a 9.7 or 9.8 out of 10. It has just finished a true expertly done restoration. Our photos couldn't begin to capture its condition level and attractiveness.
Its case presents as mint, and, despite what the photos seem to suggest, all of the original serial number and Rolex coronet markings are fully readable.
Its original dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Rolex factory done to the naked eye.
A Master Watchmaker has just overhauled the movement, which is near pristine. It continues to run strong and true, keeping time on par with a new Cellini in our testing position. Photos of the inside available upon request.
For the finishing touch it has been equipped it with a brand new leather strap and aftermarket Rolex style buckle making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
